Returns Policy


Here at Viking LiftWear we like to make things as easy as possible so you the customer have the best experience!


Faulty/Damaged Items:


If on the very slim chance something happens to slip through our thorough QC checks:


  1. Send a photo of the garment to
  2. If the item is faulty we will replace them for you straight away.


Sizing Exchanges:


We know sometimes its a bit of a gamble with sizing online, however we make our returns & exchange process as smooth and easy as possible.


  1. Return The Items Addressed To 20A Albert St Warrnambool Victoria 3280.

  2. In the Package Please Leave a Note To Advise If You Would Like an Exchange, Online Store Credit Or a Refund. If You Would Like an Exchange Please Detail What You Would Like To Exchange For.

  3. Once Received We Will Action Your Request As Soon As Possible.


  • All returned items must be unworn with the tags still attached.
  • If You do want a refund for any other reason that faulty clothes, You will not be refunded your Shipping Fee.
  • If you need to exchange any items of clothing, contact must be made to one of our staff member with a week of you receiving the goods, or the items you would like to exchange are to be returned to us within 2 weeks of you receiving the goods.
