Here at Viking LiftWear we like to make things as easy as possible so you the customer have the best experience!
If on the very slim chance something happens to slip through our thorough QC checks:
- Send a photo of the garment to email@example.com
- If the item is faulty we will replace them for you straight away.
We know sometimes its a bit of a gamble with sizing online, however we make our returns & exchange process as smooth and easy as possible.
- Return The Items Addressed To 20A Albert St Warrnambool Victoria 3280.
- In the Package Please Leave a Note To Advise If You Would Like an Exchange, Online Store Credit Or a Refund. If You Would Like an Exchange Please Detail What You Would Like To Exchange For.
- Once Received We Will Action Your Request As Soon As Possible.
- All returned items must be unworn with the tags still attached.
- If You do want a refund for any other reason that faulty clothes, You will not be refunded your Shipping Fee.
- If you need to exchange any items of clothing, contact must be made to one of our staff member with a week of you receiving the goods, or the items you would like to exchange are to be returned to us within 2 weeks of you receiving the goods.
